It’s probably BS that they can not participate as like you said it seemed that this TO was for Paulson specifically.
Don’t think it’s RP related, but who knows?
Maybe they’re p#ssed? Don’t know, but maybe Cydy is in a financing deal with another party (Hercules).
The extension might have been to give warrantholders time to retract their conversion order.
I would not have liked it having converted and immediately after that hearing RP is fired.
So I think they did it out of integrity to converting warrant holders.
