Recent local news interview about the trial with maraviroc and stroke. It would be interesting to see if leronlimab breaks the blood brain barrier (even though not a small molecular, I've read at some point ccr5 plays a role in sneaking items in and maybe it could also hitch a ride). I've read hiv breaks it, and we had some people in combo 20+ years with viral load dropping to almost 0, could that be possible if hiv is at a place leronlimab can't reach? Thinking out loud.
