Just listened again to June's Uptick interview with Kay: About a minute toward the end he said something such as, "Another deal most likely closing in the near future." It likely doesn't have to do with Hotels, because he covered hotels earlier on in the interview...it sounds like it is one that has been in the works for about three years and is soon coming to fruition.
