By the end of today we expect to upload all of the financials to OTCIQ, and then it will be just a matter of a few days to receive the attorney opinion and for OTC to sign off on everything. Thank you for your continued patience

Furthermore our CFO, Jim DiPrima has finished all of the required accounting work on the 2108 Annual filing and the 1st QTR of 2019. In addition, we have r etained an attorney , who will be responsible for giving his legal opinion on the financials.

By way of update for Fernhill Corp, we are diligently working to get the company current. This has become our top priority, since it is our initial step to executing our plan.
On Monday of this week, we paid the annual fee to OTC, as the first step in allowing us to get current
