cfgn is on the ask, cfgn is similar to alps, they could be working with alps, which is done sometimes (but bid in to make people buy the ask). Or cfgn could be selling for someone else, they are common with otc stocks, but I don't remember seeing them before and alps covering for all the shares they have been selling.
