Update: "SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
We received several positive messages from our CEO Mr.Miller, and a confirmation that OTC Markets have all of our information. So Finally, they will render an opinion as to how soon we will get our membership to OTCIQ back. That will enable us to post all financial and disclosure reports. Also, as an aside, I usually try not to get involved with all the gossip and speculations that are posted out there, however, I received several messages from concerned investors wondering if there are any issues with myself and any regulatory agencies such as the SEC, DTCC, FINRA , and etc.... The answer is NO. We have just recently been approved and upgraded with several tickers both with FINRA for corporate actions and OTC Markets with the "current Pink status". My attorneys are working on the others with the current status letter to get us back into the "Pink, Current information" status. I will keep you posted with all the developments. Thank you for all the support and keep an eye on us, for we have several major developments coming up."
