$PBIO Processing most oil-based products into nanometer-size droplets in emulsions with water (“nanoemulsions”) often improves their absorption, medicinal benefits, visual appearance, and sensory presentation. Unfortunately, traditional processing methods used to make nanoemulsions struggle with this challenge.
