Something interesting is going on. A poster on IHUB sent Tom Kim an email:

1) If you go to NGCG’s website: www.newgencg.com you’ll notice that their long-running website has been replaced with a Chinese Gaming Company by the name of Macau Grand Lisboa Casino.
2) If you go to www.whois.com and enter newgencg.com you get this: https://www.whois.com/whois/newgencg.com The name of the Domain Registration Company is the largest in the World (bigger than GoDaddy): Chengdu West Dimension Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Out of China). The name of the owner of this website has been redacted: Name: Redacted for Privacy. Organization: Redacted for Privacy.
3) It’s possible that the Macau Grand Lisboa Casino may be the reverse merger candidate that Tom Kim is working on. Maybe this would be the publicly traded U.S. portion of that company? According to Mr. Kim, he is working on a reverse merger right now. NGCG’s old website is gone. A Chinese company now owns their Website (same nationality as Tom Kim).
4) According to the below link, their NET profit for 2018 was $14 billion in Hong Kong money (Chinese Yuan Renminbi (CNY). That would be a little over $2 billion in U.S. dollars -NET. Those profits are up 28% from last year (“Net profit was HK$14.1 billion, up 28 percent year-on-year after adjusting for HK$0.6 billion of non-recurring charges.”)

No one will know for sure until Mr. Kim makes the announcement, but based on what I am seeing up to now, this gambling site may very well be our merger candidate, or at least something connected to this company, because they do say in the article they are planning on branching out, adding businesses besides the gambling.
So, maybe yes? Maybe no? Maybe maybe…baby? Then again, he may very well be working on merging NGCG with a Yak farm!
