I think Joe pays attention to these boards, the lack of comments, may mean someone is dumping. I'm not familiar with what is required for the uplist and only assume greater minds then mine have determined its doable, so if, and I say that carefully, someone is dumping, it had to be known by management and figured into the overall scheme of things. Again, I feel Joe has to much riding on this to not be looking at all the angles. Especially with Rosie on the other board waiting to make a point.
