PCTL has a disruptive tech to address serious infection problems in hospitals. Morgan Stanley Presbytarian Children's Hospital has a purchase order. The same tech my be utilized in other infection prone situations.

Doubt it will fall through because 2705908 Ontario Inc. Was formed on 7/12/29 same date as the 8k was written. In other words 2705908 Ontario Inc. was specifically formed for this deal imo. No reason it should not go through.

Folks, this was the day I was waiting for, this was the day I was waiting on people like Trademax42, egold, Southswell, and Rory2 to present my thoughts, clearly I wasn't able to articulate the best possible scenario for this gem, these 4 individuals have summed up my thoughts on the board and the endless boundaries this ticker is aiming for. Again, again, and again, my common sense tells me this tech is going to disrupt the industry by storm and the first place they start with is Canada, obviously Ron sees a lot of value in this tech, he will make this company huge and turn around and sell it to the likes of Johnson and Johnson for at minimum 500 million dollars if not more, those giants can scoop this company up, as soon as we get that deal signed by midnight 30th on Tuesday this stock is going to run and run hard it will be, clean slate company with no conversions, dual listings, contracts after contracts, and someday the company will be sold for at least 500 million dollars minimum.
