The IP transfer to the note-holder is of interest to me. Perhaps Dr Pestell wanted to test our fundraising capabilities prior to transferring. The note holder has a reputation for acquiring a few biotechs, and Dr RP may have decided we fell short of his expectations and intentionally didn’t transfer.
