Looks like Phil group shall take 49% or 50% or 51% stake in every sub fund by sector wise presently in Vietnam and possibly in USA and elsewhere in the world.
Credit is for lifetime there is no restrictions for repayment of the principle amounts. It can go forever provided there enough safe keeping asset backed by valuation report by BIG four audit companies.
It almost seems that PHILUX HAS now access to these sub funds subject to availability of SKR by the partner firms and deposit of margin of 10 to 15% by the participating partner.
To be specific in case of PHI group, now it has access to avail unlimited funds for Asian diamond exchange to start off in a grand mAnner with partner being Vietnamese govt providing the safe keeping receipt backed by solid valuation of the land and infrastruy of premises of ASE.
I THINK Phi group is going to start to turn the page soon from being pinK sheet otc stock into blue chip company trading on NASDAQ.
