Yes Trading , I do understand that , my point is if cancer cells have same density , In HIV we know patient has same density all over , density in particular patient is not changing because of infection or treatment .,,
Now I just don’t think all is the same with different abnormal growing cancer cells , and cancerous tumors , this is why they want to to safety escalation dose , and if patient will tolerate than to stay with 700 mg plus carboplatin ..
Let’s just start this treatment
And I agree density in cancer is not a concern because it is impossible to evaluate accurately ... ..imo
