Mueller's performance left much to be desired, but his confirmatory remarks that Trump and his associates welcomed help from the Russians and then lied about and obstructed the investigation into it is on the record.
All of that would qualify as high crimes and misdemeanors if done by a Dem president. THAT is indisputable among sentient people, i.e. non-Trumpanzees.
