Assam was satisfied with whatever proof QMC showed to prove viability. You don't know what that proof was so you denegrade everything. As I said before QMC would not divulge for competitive reasons. The rest of us can live with the fact that QMC is the anchor tenant in an $82M Electronics Manufacturing Cluster in a $1B New Tech City.
