This is what I am wondering also, We don't have news that Pestell's shares have been pulled back. It seems that if what ever he was doing/not doing got him fired that pulling the shares back would be expected, If they are not then the reasoning for the firing would really be hard to figure out. I would think that based on the employment agreement and that because this is a publicly traded co, they would have to take the shares away from Dr Pestell as a rule.
It seems really a shame if Dr Pestell essentially handed over his life's work for nothing. Unless he really mis-represented himself or was in the process of really doing some damage to Cytodyn. I really am curious about what Dr Pestell was doing/thinking that got him fired - must be a colossally stupid move on his part considering the price he is paying. I feel there may be a lawsuit at some point.
