I was informed by a poster from the other board that the publication is the Boston Business Journal. I emailed the author and editor, Don Seiffert:

I am a stockholder in Innovation Pharmaceuticals, formerly CTIX, a Beverly, MA company. You've written articles about them, and their struggles against short-sellers and fraudsters. IPIX has survived and has recently made a deal which seems to assure their progress. Would you please investigate and report on this development.
