If the price can break out above .016 then I think

If the price can break out above .016 then I think, if the stock's historical cycles continue, it will rise quickly up to .020. I picked up a whole bunch of shares in the .013-.015 range, and I am riding the cycles like I have done in the past. Any good news can send the price jumping significantly upward temporarily, so with the price being this low, I am gathering what I can and waiting for the moment when it cycles upward again. It's worked in the past nicely.
