It is just hart to imagine what RP did to get fired, He must be very aware that he was risking losing his IP, patents (possibly) and shares in cytodyn over it. He can't be so dumb to risk all of this over something stupid. There has to be some significant reason that cytodyn wanted him out as an employee and a sitting board member. This all is over just a few months of this relationship with cytodyn. I can only guess that he felt he gave everything in return for shares and disagreed so much with a critical direction this company was headed that he felt the need to try and take control. I can see that as a reason for the board to act.
Or it could be some dirt on RP is going to come to the surface and the negative PR had to be handled sooner rather than later.
