The truth here is scary in the short term. Fact -- the settlements will not occur until new financing is obtained. If you believe KK, which I do, then there is not another RS planed for in the future.
"The Company has no plan to complete a stock split or to take the Company private. As previously disclosed, we believe that our stock price does not reflect the value of our Company. Our plan to address this situation is to continue to execute as we have outlined in our recent filings, with a key objective of leveraging our progress to complete a financing which would enable us to satisfy and eliminate our remaining convertible debt. We believe that the completion of such a transaction, and the elimination of the associated overhang, to be critical to our continued growth and will help our shareholders to participate in the significant increased value that we have brought to the ethanol industry.
As you have guessed, we cannot comment on your additional questions due to ongoing litigation activities. Know that we plan to provide appropriate additional disclosure when we can. Thank you for your continued interest and support.
