I get the impression that it's all on the table, this bird either flys or will crash and burn. The annual meeting response seemed almost an afterthought to the question. No PR on the application for the uplist gives me the feeling that the card has been played, let's see if it goes through, don't publicize it, in case there is a problem. Is the MSO currently making any cash, or selling anything? Can the note holders that have the 30% discount hurt us with unrestricted shares.
On the other hand, Joe seems like the guy he says he is. A good Joe, trying to do tge right thing. Don't know what the back story is on his felonious assault, but I'll bet there was a principal that Joe refused to budge, and it cost him. In fact, in my opinion, he appears to be the kind of guy that will live and die on his principles. I'll back a guy like that any time.
