really, that should be what matters to anyone. Be honest, on all sides. A company should get the good and the bad. If someone just is negative, it means they have an agenda, however if someone is discussing good and bad, then a company should listen.
Also, it's a telling point when someone just complains about a company, especially when the company is making strides in doing what is good for the company and shareholders,
