What continues to amaze me is how few people seem to have contacted the SEC and filed a formal complaint. The more complaints filed with real losses and examples of fraud, the more likely they are to investigate. Don't forget to include the fraud that James and his group pushed for months on the $135 million that was guaranteed and Bill never publicly refuted or addressed while his IR group was repeating it in social media.
