They processed many complaints against many companies as if it were a cattle drive -wait until they have a number of complaints to ram through the system at the same time (which would involve constitutional violations w the DOJ complaint)-  often how the system works- to conserve resources-also guilt by association in the press and makes it look to the uninitiated like they are doing something to appease the public since they wont go after the big guys who do things far worse and many more times affecting vast numbers of people.

Complaints look as if they just filled in forms without much investigation after 2 years. The complaints contradict themselves re the no form detail/incident (perjury anyone??) so I dont know what they've doing for 2 years.

Despite waiting 2 years and almost 3 months to do anything complaint demands an injunction (which is only granted if danger of immediate and irreparable injury) claiming defendants will continue violating securities laws (perjury anyone?)-so how do they explain the 2 year delay if the danger is immediate and irreparable. imo often has more to do w posturing and politics especially in an election year than justice-which is a rare commodity in the legal system nowadays-programming that begins the very 1st day of law school.

Constitutional right to a speedy trial does not attach until the defendant has been arrested or charged-until then theres only a general due process requirement-U.S. vs Lovasco etc- .

Max, post the SEC complaint if you want in lieu of my post in the stickies- I cant even find complaint right now in all the posts--I've been planning on taking my sticky post down and replace w something but havent gotten around to it.

Again notice that the raiders w intent to defraud longs and company dont show the actual complaint in any of their 3 redundant ihub stickies -apparently so people cant see imo how weak and contradictory the complaints are?

Sunny-thanks for your excellent letter to admin re bashers removing all positive stickies-admin has sent warning to mods re removing other mods stickies- stating mods who do so may be removed from their mod positions.
