I don't know about $17 plus but I do look at the market capitalization highs of CGC, TLRY, APHA and CRON to name a few. If we get the private companies rolled up into UNVC and the other dots, connections, agreements and relationships do connect to UNVC, well you do the math, huge IMO.

I personally don't think it will take more than 90 days from the first press release to see a huge market capitalization if we get the rollups and the other "dot" press releases. Hopefully the dots, are ready to be released shortly thereafter, as we know the relationships are already there. Once the big money starts to get on board they will push UNVC fast and hard IMO.

I will trust that Dr. Dalton doesn't demand too much in dilution for the rollup. I think he will realize it is better to take less stock (dilution) up front and see a much higher share price because of it. A share price that should maintain a good amount of the run up, verses demanding a big dilution number of shares that WILL be accounted for in the price, therefore putting a lower top on the share price.

It is market cap, divided by the outstanding shares (including the restricted stock for the long term value) equals the share price. He knows if the share price can't get to $5 a share, many mutual funds, by prospectus can't buy UNVC. IMO, doc will realize more return if he keeps the dilution low when he rolls up his private companies.

It all comes down to market capitalization that dictates the share price, not other ticker share price comparisons.

What will the "market' pay for UNVC earnings and outlook into the future in market capitalization? That number will be the key, divided by the shares and the answer hopefully equaling over $5 a share, so that the mutual funds can buy UNVC.

I do think it could be a big number if everything comes together. All just my humble opinion. Thanks for all the great D/D, good luck to all us longs!
