Yeah, they have been posting these for a week or so now. I have followed selling stock in other otc (as it can help to figure out when the notes are done).
ALPS's moves up off the ask right when these trades post. When the move up on the ask at 3:30, they are done for the day, and these trades are posted basically showing their book balancing. They cover their short by buying from the noteholder at a discounted 1%-2% rate, which is usually their fee. If we could find the exact 30k they sold earlier in the day, we could figure out ALPS fee. If they keep posting, one day it will be obvious.
