Its interesting, no? Reading some on these boards, they were expecting 400 miln from a big 10. Well, here is a clue to how this works from someone who has been involved in the business in the past. What IPIX has done is secure a lucrative research “grant” from a tier 2 biotech company with incentives. This “grant” totals approximately 2.5% of the BP’s gross yearly revenue while only giving up one small indication. If this is approved for this indication, then that will have huge ramifications for IBD applications. You see, all the scammers were looking for THIS deal to be huge. Not so with me, this deal was to stabilize finances, progress the pipeline and validate the possibilities of this compound. All of which has occurred. IT IS THE NEXT DEAL THAT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO. Huge market in IBD with rights retained and an example of how gut inflammation is reduced by B (UP/UPS). Beautiful position to be in. So many people on these boards express the desire for a quick buck. They should speculate in crypto, like the other trader idiots.
One of the most important phrases, from my perspective, in the press release, besides the deal itself, was the phrase “new class of compounds”. I don’t think a lot of people get this but this could very possibly be a paradigm shift in many disease processes. This will be borne out in trials. The more trials that are performed with this new class, the more strength will be gained in reimbursement and negotiation power.
