Yes, I am not expecting a large number the second time around. Though, now everyone with warrants including Paulson has had their chance to participate too.
We will see if they release news after the TO ends like last time. Three PRs the following week. I wasn't expecting anything so far this week, to late for the TO, so not a good time.
