Brilliant move.
Congress has ALICE in their collective cross hairs, they see very clearly the damage Alice has done corporations income, and to the US economy, how ALICE has compromised the Patent system.
When congress restores the reasonable criteria for a software patents that the Patent system had in place, criteria that SFOR has more than met there will be no contesting SFORs patent Secure auth will be over turned .
Who better to argue the cause for SFOR than the law firm Blank Rome that wrote SFORs patent in the first place, that Microsoft settled 9 mil with rather than fight it out on court.
Once overturned , we will be back in business having infringers waiting inline to pay license fees.
And one company Cisco/DUO that will pay a huge damages probably around a billion and millions in license fees.
