Ah, I wasn't really thinking too much about NGIO. Yes, GNBT will own the majority, but not sure if it will be 90%. I believe Joe said the shareholders will have 6-8%, but the firm we are merging with will get shares. I don't think that quantity has been shared yet. Also, they will need to buy a shell company to merge into to trade. No matter what it is, if NGIO gets a valuation $500M, then GNBT shareholders that received the 1 for 4 dividend will get 2 pieces...
1. $500M times 6-8% is $30-$40M, so with 100M shares, that is only $0.30 to $0.40 per share
2. say GNBT owns 80%, then that's $400M divided by 69M shares, so about $5.80/share added to GNBT share price alone
