In addition, as of July 18, 2019 the Company has 974,489 Class C Warrants remaining (out of 4,830,000 Class C Warrants issued in the public offering of units which closed on May 13, 2019). Based on the current market price of the Company’s common shares and assuming the exercise of all remaining outstanding Class C warrants in an alternate cashless exercise under the terms of the warrant agreement, the total number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company would be approximately 27.1 million.
