I don't think Don or me or anyone should name even approximate dates for metal recovery - just let it happen, get it safely off the property and await the sale.
Caborca is a very dangerous place - Mex Hiway 2 between Caborca, the mine site and Sonoyta is a busy, and fast road with no services between Caborca and the border. A dangerous road both due the high-speed head-on crashes and the violence that occurs all over northern Sonora. Even if someone knows the production sked it's best to stay strictly on the QT about it. It does give Mexus an excuse for remaining on the quiet side but it's justified in my view. Like everyone, I'm curious ---- but patient.
Ariete Caborca online or search for it on FB: http://arietecaborca.com.mx/
I see "Ariete Caborca" each day on Facebook - it's a Caborca online newspaper in Spanish and every day execution-style killings, gunfire in the city and on the roads - and truck and car accidents. Highway 2 is two-lane but with wide enough shoulders a car or truck commonly takes the shoulder to create a temporary middle passing lane and that's the problem - head-on crashes when opposing trucks or cars are both using the middle lane or someone doesn't follow the unwritten custom about taking the shoulder - it's a dangerous road at 120 km/hr .
Don't know nuttin'. Don't think anybody outside the principals does either right now.
This may be a close deal but it is not a done deal. We have been here before - so close as to consider it done but the share price is a penny and revenue is still at zero. Bring it on home - we all want that. Car died and need a new roof - need some help STAT from down south.
The post on IHIUB about output being 'better than expected" written by 49andretired is strictly facetious - his attempt at being clever. There's nothing to it and I still think best to lower expectations not raise them since this is really a first test and nobody knows how much ore was loaded. I am not expecting much production from this one. Grades may be strong but actual ore processed is the "X" number we don't have a clue about that.
Apollo landing 50th anniversary today. Now that was an audacious feat we have not repeated in half a century. Imagine if one train had crossed the country - as happened 150 years ago - and 50 years later no more had repeated. Space is difficult and expensive. The next humans on the moon won't necessarily be from the US - we have no monopoly on space flight anymore. From here on out it'll be shared costs and even a commercial aspect to it - NASA will contract with private companies for much that happens in space. Won't make it cheaper but the capital costs will fall to others to be recovered over time on contract launches and resupply missions. It will be good to launch our astronauts from US soil again. Just hope the safety standards are not compromised.
