NetworkNewsBreaks – Petroteq Energy Inc. (TSX.V: PQE) (OTC: PQEFF) Achieves Key Milestone of Form 10 Registration Statement Effectiveness

Petroteq Energy (TSX.V: PQE) (OTC: PQEFF), an oil and gas industry technology innovator, on Thursday announced that its Form 10 Registration Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) became effective as of July 12, 2019. Achievement of this milestone means the company is now subject to the reporting requirements of the amended Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
