1. Scope of Work Chief Science Officer of the Company .

•Consultant will manage the Company’s scientific, technological, and research operations .

•Oversee the scientific functions of the Company, including basic and applied research projects, as well as the development of new processes, technologies or products.

•Combine discipline-specific knowledge with leadership and business skills to promote the efficiency, profitability and competitive position of the Company.


2. Scope of Work. Strategy Advisor to the Company.

•Consultant will play an analytical role where he defines potential business models in order to realize profitability opportunities and also to avail insightful qualitative analyses.

•Will develop and implement strategic and analytical tools and process.

•Demonstrate strong leadership skills, having an ability to inspire and move a cross-functional group and business top leadership in a unified direction and with a unified vision.

•Will form strong and lasting relationships with others members of management team.

•Will be a people person who inspires trust and confidence in others, prompting them to readily follow in his Insights and directives.
