i know this for a fact because i've been documenting it when
(not posting) known retail bids that NR has worked around (number of trades)
that isn't to say your bid won't get filled .. it's just NR has to
handle priorities between CEs first ..
imo legit bid support never goes out of style .. it also can thwart NR upon occasion
