Making patent law changes in effect will help to grow the business IMO. Without product credibility moving forward the business will continue to do what it has done for the last 18 years. Large partnerships would be hard to create if in fact choices exist that can more substantially service a customer's needs. Given the existing customers "show us the money", credibility will follow. Unfortunately this happens over an extended period of time. Congress providing patent holders their due and just rewards is instantaneous credibility and provides the value needed for a larger corporation one of the essential factors needed to execute a buyout which is in fact why so many investors have bailed thus far. The appeal loss crippled this company temporarily and the hole it needs to climb out of is deep but the light shines in our direction. Luckily with the live deals that have been described confidence and patience may win out. Thanks to Congress, with any luck time has been shorted instead of prolonged on the path toward profitability. All in my opinion. Have a great day.
