Most of us are fearing that Henry may not succeed well enough to get the PPS back to 3 - 4 cents which is where it was an year ago. Literally people are holding their breadth. The popular sentiment is if PHIL reaches 1 cent investors are ready to jump to sell out with sigh of BIG relief in their personal an professional lives.
In this scenario, Henry should carefully plan to start the BUYBACK soon enough and release all the GOOD news one by one each month leading into March 2020 in order to sustain the BIG sell out by flippers, shot term guys, LONG term guys etc
