USRC if u are excited cause the S/S updated, you might want to know that any stock with a shield next to the share structure is auto updated by the transfer agent. It is no reason to buy because it has zero to do with the company itself. In addition, all these got updated as well cause they use Pacific Stock Transfer Co. Please learn, I cant believe there are still peeps who think it means the company did something.
