I think you mean the 8k, he put out a letter to shareholders, investors, if you go to nasdaq and sec filings it’ll be there, or even on the verb site. He is extremely determined to win, not just the meritless case but against all the naysayers over the past few years, the ones that don’t believe and also the ones who try to bring the company down. Who knows the company and direction better than Rory...no one, and he seems as though he can’t be stopped and nothing, nobody will stop the company from succeeding.
