Yes. They are expanding the company and are now positioned very well for it. Part of their plan is to be ready to essentially "flip the switch" once the federal government legalizes/regulates marijuana and THC infused foods and beverages.
Immediately upon that regulation being clarified, they can begin producing both CBD infused only as well as CBD infused products that are also infused with specific amounts of THC, and distribute them nationwide.
