J. P. Carey was issued 200,233,698 shares on 04/12/2019. From 4/12 to 4/30 only 125.8 million shares traded; a 10.48m daily average. Likely very few of those traded shares were from Carey.
There are 7 notes with past due maturity dates totaling $93,000. We don’t know if any of these have been issued shares since the end of Q2. After those 7 the remaining notes have a 2020 maturity date.
It is my opinion Berman is clearing the above 7 notes. It would explain some of the volume increase and a tanked price per share that can’t seem to recover. There have been a lot of shares issued since 12/11/2018. Hoping once this is complete, we can experience a recovery in price per share.
