That's rich. I still dont get the whole "slow the run up" play. "A deal is coming but the stock is only going to jump 500-1000%" doesnt seem like a good bashing mantra. 500% is an enormous gain. It took 25 years for the Dow Jones to increase 500%.
No one likes my upfront payment expectations but no one is willing to post their own for comparison when the deal is signed.
A $1 billion market cap is right around $4.30/share fully dilluted. We currently have a market cap of about $40 million. We're going to go up tremendously from here but some of the numbers on this board are just silly.
