Marcy, Marcy Me

This one makes VERB's look like a cake walk, which it is.

You might recall Salesforce is buying Tableau Software, Inc. for $15B.

Their revenue was $841M last year so Salesforce is buying them for 18-19 times revenue or 288x profits as I think they made $52M last year.

Yeah, that's right 288x profits.

One reason why revenue is closely looked at as profits can be misleading. Remember salesforce was not profitable for a lot of years but was raking in revenue right and left.

Tableau is a very good data analytics visualization tool.

Lord have Marcy

Lawsuit is against Tableau. A bunch of people at Tableau and Salesforce.

Remember what I said about throwing the fan at a pile of poop and seeing what sticks. This is how these go, every, single, day.

If that wasn't fun enough for everyone named. There are others that have started an "investigation". Must be some serious DD and Research there.

In other news, if VERB revenues are growing at a good clip but lets just use a safe number of $16M for the year which doesn't include any growth. Multiply it by 18-19 and let me know what you get for a market cap?

Now factor in some growth and let me know what number you get

Disclaimer: Everyone should do their own DD and not get it off a message board. Message boards contain both forward and backwards backyard statements. Do your own analysis, talk to your financial adviser, accountant, dog or whoever you go to get sounds financial advice because you won't get it on a message board.
