Yeah, he seems new to cydy. Some things I believe he could be right. Some things he has no clue. For example he was complaining about the burn rate, but didn't know it was $3M per month. Also he doesn't know most of that $3M per month is going to finish combo. I quoted him before when posting what percent is going to combo.

But I suspected what his opinion below says has been part of the problem with getting these sites open with tnbc: IRB & Money.

Having done studies in my experience sites always require funding. My thought each site will need a large budget with up front money along with IRB fees and CRO fees. I can’t imagine these academic sites doing this for free and they are often more expensive than private sites. Getting IRB approval and internal institutional approval will take time even before active recruitment.IMO
