Volume was almost non-existent the first hour of trading, which shows the market treated this silly lawsuit with no foundation as a non-event and a big yawn.
Those who shorted the stock on Wednesday are going to have fun covering, as the normal trading volume just doesn't seem to support it.
One interesting thing to me was the warrant trading yesterday had a much larger than normal volume, and it was buying and the warrants went up 8.5%. That tells me people were coming in and betting the stock was going to go over the strike price and the warrants would be in the money. I thought that was interesting as the warrant trading had been low and they had been drifting downwards in price lately.
Will be interesting to see what happens today. So far a little higher volume than yesterday for sure and the share price is up a little, very early into the trading session. At this point it as in the low triple digits, right now over 3000 shares which is still small but not like yesterday.
