Debt Securities, Including Promissory and Convertible Notes. William White loaned the company money in 2017 which was never paid back. The outstanding balance is now $22,220. The convertible note is set at $.0001. That equates to 222,200,000 shares for William White. So the total for both of the Whites is 422,200,000 shares. >>

Next up is Darryl Green. He loaned the company money in 2018 which hasn't been paid back. The outstanding balance is now $58,847.00. The terms of the convertible note for Green are not disclosed, but in the financial section it is listed under Payable Notes . I'll take the liberty to assume Green got the same deal as White which means his note is also convertible at $.0001. Why wouldn't Green demand the same terms as White? So, Green's $58,847.000 divided by .0001 equates to 588,470,000 shares.
Now, the total for the Whites and Green is 1,010,670,000 shares.
