Looks good. I recall an earlier update saying the price was $1 mil or 1.4 all stock, with additional shares potentially upon milestones. Joe, did this company earn revenue mainly via the Veneto legacy, as I think discussed by their CEO (after a q from me) a few CCs ago? So, hopefully you and Terry are ready to reignite the MSO to open the channels of revenue.
