Not sure if they took yesterday off or what...only 20M traded. Unless they're still dumping an older note that matured before 7/2...they should be about done. As of "now"...they don't seem to want to take out the 4s...I very much hope 5s are their bottom...but it also may depend on us buying 5s...we'll see.
