This will spur an increase in the demand for health care in general, including the demand to alternative treatment, medications, and therapies. Cannabis is already being used for cancer treatment and pain management. Other uses for medical cannabis include treatment of conditions such as seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, glaucoma and Crohn’s disease. Many of these ailments are common among the senior citizen population.
