Steve, while I appreciate the attempt to keep us informed through Twitter, it’s clearly not working. You’re credibility is simply shot to Hell. In the future, maybe re-phrase your message to something like: “I just met with an insurance company and they have formally agreed to market our product exclusively to their entire customer base. Details to follow in a pr.”

See the difference?

Simply put, no one really gives a damn anymore about “what you’re going to do next week” or “what you’re planning later this week.”
